Terms of Use for evsVPN Last updated: July 10, 2026 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of evsVPN, including the evsVPN mobile application, website pages, VPN service, Premium features and related services. By downloading, installing, accessing or using evsVPN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use evsVPN. About evsVPN evsVPN is a virtual private network service that allows users to create a VPN connection through selected server locations. The app uses Android’s VpnService permission to create a secure VPN tunnel after the user grants permission through the Android system dialog. evsVPN is designed for private browsing, public Wi-Fi protection, encrypted connection to VPN endpoints and safer use of online services. 2. Eligibility You must be legally allowed to use evsVPN in your country or region. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the laws of your country. If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use evsVPN only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. 3. User responsibility and local laws VPN laws and regulations vary by country. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of evsVPN is lawful in your location. You agree not to use evsVPN where VPN services are prohibited, restricted without authorization, or require licenses or approvals that you do not have. evsVPN is not intended to help users violate laws, bypass lawful restrictions, commit illegal acts, or access content or services unlawfully. 4. Acceptable use You agree not to use evsVPN to: - violate any applicable law or regulation; - engage in fraud, phishing, identity theft or deceptive activity; - distribute malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware or harmful code; - conduct unauthorized scanning, scraping, crawling, penetration testing or attacks; - gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks or data; - send spam, unsolicited messages or abusive communications; - harass, threaten, abuse or harm others; - infringe intellectual property rights; - distribute illegal, harmful or abusive content; - interfere with the operation of evsVPN, its servers or third-party networks; - resell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the service without our permission; - use the service in a way that may damage the reputation, infrastructure or availability of evsVPN. We may limit, suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused. 5. VPN service limitations evsVPN provides VPN connectivity on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that: - the service will be available at all times; - every server location will always be available; - connection speed will meet a particular level; - every website, service or app will work through the VPN; - your connection will never be interrupted; - use of the service will make you anonymous; - use of the service will be lawful in every country or situation. Network conditions, server load, third-party providers, device settings, operating system restrictions, internet service providers and local regulations may affect performance. 6. Server locations evsVPN may offer free and Premium server locations. Available countries, cities, IP addresses, server types and performance may change at any time. Server labels such as country, city or region indicate the intended VPN endpoint location. Actual routing, IP geolocation databases and third-party services may sometimes show different results due to technical or third-party database limitations. 7. Free and Premium features evsVPN may provide free access to selected server locations and Premium access to additional server locations or features. Premium features may include, depending on availability: - access to additional countries and regions; - country selection; - more server options; - device activation features; - other features shown in the app. We may change free and Premium features from time to time. 8. Subscriptions and payments Premium access may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play Billing. Prices, billing periods, trial availability and subscription terms are shown in the app and in Google Play before purchase. If you start a free trial, the subscription may automatically renew and you may be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends, as shown by Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Google Play before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. All payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds for purchases made through Google Play are handled under Google Play’s policies and your Google Play account settings. 9. Refunds Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play must be submitted through Google Play, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We do not receive your full payment card details and cannot directly cancel a Google Play subscription on your behalf. 10. Device activation evsVPN may allow activation of additional devices or device management. Device availability may depend on your subscription, technical limitations and service rules. You must not share activation keys or access credentials publicly or use them in a way that violates these Terms. 11. Privacy Your use of evsVPN is also governed by our Privacy Policy: https://evsi.store/en/app/evsvpn/privacy The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information, including how the VPN service and Android VpnService are used. 12. Security You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, operating system, app installation and any activation keys or subscription access. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, disrupt or bypass technical protections of evsVPN, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law. 13. Intellectual property evsVPN, including its design, name, logos, software, content, user interface and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use evsVPN for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. 14. Third-party services evsVPN may rely on third-party services, including hosting providers, VPN infrastructure providers, proxy providers, subscription management providers, payment processors, analytics, diagnostics and app store services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, networks, services or content that you access while using evsVPN. 15. Service changes and availability We may modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any part of evsVPN at any time, including server locations, free access, Premium features, pricing, technical infrastructure and supported platforms. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. 16. Termination You may stop using evsVPN at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to evsVPN if: - you violate these Terms; - your use creates security, legal, operational or abuse risks; - payment or subscription entitlement cannot be verified; - we are required to do so by law; - we discontinue the service. Termination does not automatically cancel any active Google Play subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through Google Play. 17. Disclaimer of warranties To the maximum extent permitted by law, evsVPN is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, speed, availability of specific servers, and suitability for any specific legal or personal purpose. 18. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, service availability or internet access. Our total liability for any claim related to evsVPN will be limited to the amount you paid for evsVPN during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise. 19. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from: - your use of evsVPN; - your violation of these Terms; - your violation of applicable laws; - your misuse of the VPN service; - your infringement of rights of third parties. 20. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you in the app or by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of evsVPN after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. 21.
